Not only that,

but the inferior, degenerate races they despise are always the ones that keep their own advanced Volk oppressed and victimized. It's like Hitler, convinced the Jews were subhuman and barely functional as people, yet they somehow managed to keep the Master Race oppressed, exploited and under control, often without the noble Aryans even realizing it.

I know I bring this up a lot, probably to the point boredom and saturation, but I do believe as a minority growing up in the South during the 50s and 60s, that it gives me some insight into how these people think and rationalize.

Racism is a product of minds who sense they are oppressed and exploited and need someone they can blame their sad condition on. They simply refuse to accept that perhaps their problems are due to their own shortcomings, or because of the oppression of those classes and individuals they themselves wish to emulate. They have to find someone else to blame it on. They can't bring themselves to admit that it is they, and their role models, who are to blame for their failures. And of course, the inferior mongrelized hordes they loathe are only successful because they are always supported by the usual cast of the unpatriotic, intellectuals, Reds, traitors, homosexuals, atheists, Jews, Catholics and the degenerate and effete rich. The racist always has a catalogue of enemies deserving of annihilation.

They would be quite amusing if they didn't have such a propensity to lapse into violence.

The good news, of course, is that America has made great strides in eliminating this malignancy, and that the last 50 years have produced a civil rights movement that is the envy of every nation in the world, and that we have every right to feel great national pride in this accomplishment. The cancer of racism is not eliminated, perhaps it never will be entirely, it lingers on and erupts in other forms, too.

But in my opinion, the changes I have seen in this country between the Freedom Riders and Martin Luther King and the acceptance of Barack Obama's nomination have been America's finest hour, all happening within my lifetime! It's not just in the area of legislation and economics, but in the change that has occurred in how the races actually interact with each other day to day. It really makes me proud I am an American.
