Explain why you think CEO's have earned tremendouse pay raises for performance no better than the historical norm and "creative" managment ideas that have resulted in one finacial disaster after another. I strongly feel CEO pay is more a result of abuse of power than reword for superior performance. I have yet to work in a company where the CEO derectives seemed to be near divine inspiration rather than best and often wrong guesses on how best to apply basic business principles.

I despise the shell game of mergers and divestitures which are the main focus of todays CEOs rather than development of new and better products or processes. Thankfully I have to say I have a bit more confidence in the CEO of my current company. I think he's made some gambles that did not seem to make sense to many that will pay off.
