Disconnected, disinterested, distressed
The CEO's sit in their corporate jets while flying to beg taxpayers' money and just don't get it. There's a disconnect; they don't live in the real world, don't think any rules should apply to them. They couldn't see BEFOREhand what it would look like to a country fed up with CEO's and their perks? THAT is what has killed the industry and the rest of the country: Executives who have a sense of entitlement. They've raped the United States and left it bleeding to death.
