Accusing them of many things and finding them guilty without any trial.
You have NO idea "why" these men were detained, other than were suspicious arabs or muslims at the time. Some could have been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Look at the trial of the supposed "terrorist" in Canada, who was just a simple man. It took years to find out who he really was, and what he represents.
