Thatâ€™s why he made sure the draft of closing Gitmo includes the â€œthe prompt and appropriate disposition of the individuals detained at GuantÃ¡namo should precede the closure of the detention facilities at GuantÃ¡namo.â€

He also has left open a back door to be able resume military style trails if needed. We will see what develops in the coming moths, but for now he has pleased the flock.
