The most dangerous will be transferred to other secure locations. Closeted Gitmos. Places the Red Cross only hears about but can never visit. The rest will be distributed to other military prisons and holding facilities. In one year - by 2010 you can bet several such facilities will be built to hold them. Basically it will simply COST the US more money...for "anti-American leftist feel goodism" and will not change anything else at all.
Like TB implied, its all smoke and mirrors. Obama now no longer can simply play to the leftist braindead faithful and watch as terror attack after terror attack hit the US and everyone longs for Bush/Cheney again.
Most of these folks are inbred killers.
Bush/Cheney policy worked. We will see if Obama has the same success in using the tools at his disposal to keep America safe. The folks around Obama are, to be blunt, mostly idiots with an ideosophy to placate.
So you, and everyone else around the free world, better stock up on the duct tape.
