Freedom consist primarily of the right to pursue one's fortune in any way one feels fit, providing it does not conflict with the law of the land as instituted constitutionally by the people's elected representatives.

Any threat to this is by definition an assault on freedom, and must be resisted by any means necessary. If the threat to freedom uses the law to aid itself, or to hide behind, then it is permissable, indeed, an obligation, to do whatever it takes to eliminate that threat, even if it means circumventing the law.

Any who obstruct or delay this action are therefore also enemies of freedom, and must also be treated as part of the threat, even if they too hide behind the law or use it to frustrate those who are engaged in the defense of freedom. Under these circumstances, it is permissable to change the law, or to evade it, until the threat to freedom and those who support that threat are neutralized or eliminated.

The people's elected representatives are qualified and authorized to make the determination if there is a threat to freedom, and if necessary, to take whatever action is required to crush that threat. If the people's representatives fail to do this, then they are part of that threat and it is the duty of all patriotic citizens to prevent those representatives from neglecting their duty and if necessary, replacing them with those who can carry that duty out.

If the law, or any part of the machinery of the state prevents this action from happening, or otherwise prevents the elimination of the threat to freedom, it is also a part of the threat and its actions must be stopped or prevented by any means necessary.

If any obstruction by the law, the legislature, the courts, or any part of the executive branch resists the necessary execution of policies necessary to ensure our freedom, then those who are responsible for defending that freedom are morally and legally justified to carry out any action necessary to guarantee that these obstructionist forces and centers of power are either removed from the decision making process or otherwise neutralized.

Our freedom is precious, no action can be too extreme that helps to ensure and promote it.
