Bullshit alert.

TB, every post you make here is a an attempt to "redefine, massage, and wipe out of existence words to avoid reasoned discussion". That's why you come to these boards, to restructure the argument into rhetoric and jargon that only makes sense in your terms. How convenient for your side! You are for freedom and principle. Everyone else is for collectivist slavery. DUHHHH! You almost had me believing it. Robert calls it "reframing" the argument, and you have specialized in it. I even used to think you were good at it until I finally realized it loses its effectiveness when it is repeated as often and
as shrilly as you do.

In every single discussion or disagreement we have here you reframe the argument so everyone who doesn't swallow your program is a follower of Hitler, Stalin, Mao or any of the other socialist monsters of the 20th century. What now, have you given up on invoking God, the flag, and the founding fucking fathers to legitimize you ramblings?

The inescapable conclusion, of course, is that you and only you recognize their evil and fight bravely fight against the evil collectiviists, which makes all the rest of us Nazis, Commies and Red Guards, right? We are not discussing Mao, Hitler and Stalin, YOU keep bringing them up just to make your poison seem sweet in comparison.

Bullshit. The same old conservative bullshit you and your tribe are always shoveling out, what you've always shoveled out as a class since Pharaoh's time: Only those who own property and run the economy should have any right or any say in how it is managed: screw the consumer, screw the worker, screw everybody except for folks just like you.

The only meaning "conservative" has for you is keeping salaries low, unions down, regulations toothless, and the machinery of the state firmly in the pocket of the ownership class and their white-collar lapdogs.

The only thing I can't understand is your motivation. How have you convinced yourself you will benefit by allowing what you define as conservative policies to triumph (yeah, you do a lot of defining too, if you haven't noticed, we certainly have) You are no more a capitalist than Robert is a Stalinist or I am a Maoist. You work here just like we do. You're not one of them, you're one of us. Maybe that's what troubles you most of all.
