NASA Moon Plan........... TOO AMBITIOUS

A panel reviewing Nasa's HSFP sezs that it can't reach the moon by 2020 or even 2028 and might be the wrong place to go.sheeesh, can't they just print up more money and just give it to NASA? Or is it small enough to fail?
