Hey, just crank up the old mint in Philly and put a few pallets on a C-17 Bound for Houston, lock up the dollars in the Lunar Recieving Lab and then dole out the $$$$$ to the contractors on a need basis, I volunteer to be the the CFO f to oversee the project and will work for 1 buck a year, with BONUSES of course!
