The individual entrepreneur chasing a dream that you have no problem with might not ever see that dream come true without the loan from the bank or the investment from the greedy investor. Sure the bank and/or the investor may not know jack about the business or even care. They are in it for the money. But in the process they are helping make a dream come true that otherwise might never happen. Think about it.
