There are TV adds for the Business Administration departments of local universities. One of them uses a shark as a logo, yeah the big pelagic elasmobranch. You too can be a real predator, it promises, if you join their MBA program. The other promises how you can "dominate" if you join their program. It shows a smartly dressed knockout black chick strutting around an office, obviously in charge.

During the Civil War, the rich Southern planters managed to enlist millions of Johnny Rebs so they could fight for Freedom. Yeah, the freedom to own their own slaves.
