To me, you sound like you keep saying S&D does not exist. It's some false god used by evil businessmen to wreck their havok on the world. To you, I appear to be saying S&D always produces god given perfect outcomes?

I have never said that. S&D is real. It works well in many cases when left alone. Where it doesn't it can be tweaked with regulations, massive regulations sometimes, to produce better results. I have said that many times.
