I know it's a bipartisan issue.
Hypocrisy on both sides is there, but what's going on now is very troubling in my opinion. This is a massive work of social engineering that's going to cost us greatly, and it's being created behind closed doors with who knows what kind of threats and unholy deals. Passage of these massive unread bills seems to be a very recent trend coming from an administration which vowed to be the most transparent in history. IMO, every nondefense bill up for vote should have to be read in its entirety before those voting on it and the American people via C-SPAN.
If what some of the things Bush did troubled you, this should scare the hell out of you.
