Don't talk to me about numbers, Tommy boy. I understand numbers, remember, I'm a mathematician. I also took chemistry in college, I know the differences between solutions and mixtures and colloids and how to calculate concentrations. I also know your numbers have been deliberately designed to mislead and obfuscate in order to spread your greasy message as slickly as possible across the waters. You are consciously and deliberately LYING with your numbers to mitigate the public relations damage of this spill.
The oil in the ocean does NOT dissolve uniformly into the water. It collects on the surface and washes ashore, precisely where the marine life concentrates and is most vulnerable. That is particularly the case in this spill, and you know that too. It is then dispersed by the food chain so even those organisms not killed outright spread the contagion far and wide so it can kill and maim and befoul habitat for generations. And although one or a few spills may be survivable, the effect is cumulative, and synergistic with other forms of pollution and environmental degradation. You just can't calculate a concentration and count on dispersion like you were a kid pissing in a swimming pool. And you know that perfectly well, too, even if you think Eri is to dim through see through your spin.
Oil does not dissolve into the entire volume of the sea through simple division, it is not water soluble, and it floats, as you know perfectly well, you lying sack of shit.
