Don't preach to the choir. I've said over and over again; look into what you're getting. Ultimately, each of us is responsible for our health and what we put into our bodies. But do not just rely on what doctors tell you. Until the last 10-15 years, M.D.'s didn't know jackshit about nutrition and didn't want to know.
I found Himalayan Salt on one site. I'm a bit leery of it. Once I got through the "buy now" because it may be 6 months before we can get more, blah, blah, blah, I went elsewhere. Theirs came from Nepal. Yeah, right. They probably have kosher salt that they sprayed pink.
Looking at just what Wiki says, I'd stay away from it.
However, I did not find a reference for Shaved Himalayan SALT, only shaved Himalayan cats. Poor things.
