Shaved
"Shaving" is just a cool way for a restaurant or food seller to present salt, along the same principles as "fresh ground pepper." It works on the tongue differently, I guess, but other than that there's no difference between that and whatever type of rock salt you start with.
You can go to Amazon here and get not only a nice salt shaver, but some Himalayan pink sea salt tossed in for you to shave! (At about five bucks a pound.)
Don't try this tool on a cat.
