Liberals have twisted, pulled and morphed the ideals of this country into an unrecognizable lump, like a wad of salt-water taffy, to suit whatever their agenda may be. There are innumerable examples of this in the positions and writings on this board. You have to read their posts a few times to break through the smokescreen and understand their game. What you end up with is some superfluous bullshit that’s difficult to respond to.

Common sense is dead, buried by steaming piles of political correctness. Personal responsibility has been replaced by trial lawyers and the ‘nanny state’ which perpetuates them.

The Tea Party is not just backlash against what we have let our country become, its existence is a symptom of large percentage of the population being stretched beyond their breaking point. We’ve had enough but we have no one to blame but ourselves and our collective apathy.

The liberal mindset has been like a beaver gnawing away at the tree of liberty a little bit at a time, from all directions. And we just watch. And the tea-party is to blame for trying to plant a seed? By slandering and maligning them- you show exactly what you stand for. And come November, I hope the people who can no longer stomach the carefully camouflaged oppression will unleash their anger and vote their beliefs.
