Because in spite of all our conservative friend's whining about Obama and the Democratic Congress, ALL corporate profits have been doing very well, thank you. In fact, after the catastrophic collapse of the already crippled Bush economy in Q IV of 2008, corporate profits have been the only part of the economy that seems to be flourishing.
