Before we pay for performance we need better behaved students so teachers can teach! Then we need to not package a one education fits all. We need to make sure kids are actually learning right now its more memorizing than anything. We need ...to make sure they have the basics down before we just move them on to the next level. We set kids up early for failure and don't give them much help when they need it!We do need to award great teachers & get rid of the bad but there's a lot of fixing before you can do that properly & fairly.
