The Right to Bear Arms would be either: Any person who is a member of the Armed Services, the Police or the National Guard or legal militia (legal under Federal law) may keep a personal arsenal. OR...

All persons not convicted of a Felony may keep a personal arsenal. Them thar bears can be dangerous.

As for the 14th, All Persons with a Liberal agenda shall vote in all elections. Those with a Conservative agenda may wait in line. 😁
