So I always weigh that myself because she is far left and gets paid for being controversial as all talk show hosts are. However, I noted that Boehner did get 3 bills up for vote almost immediately and lost all of them. Why? Because he didn't check first to see if he had the votes. You don't put a bill up for vote if you don't have enough for passage. He evidently assumed the Tea Partiers would vote with the Republicans. Big mistake. He cut off debate on one of he bills and there was a Tea Partier who flatly stated that was why he (or she-I don't remember which now) voted against the bill. He wanted discussion first. Boehner's too busy crying to have all his ducks in a row and the Speaker is supposed to determine what can pass and what can't and to discuss with other members of his (or her) party. He failed miserably.
I know for a fact he did a poor job shepherding bills. Say what you will about Pelosi (and I do) but she was a good Speaker and rammed through some bills that surprised people.
