Re: Obfuscation

The popularity contest was last November. The Republicans didn't do too badly.

Boehner's employment numbers on government jobs created included included the temporary Census hires. This wasn't strictly kosher in my opinion, but then the Democrats cheerfully used those same temporary jobs to knock down the unemployment rates last year. Maddow wasn't smart enough to figure this out, and just counted the two ends of a curve.

Your president lies about numbers almost every day. "I Didn't raise taxes once" comes to mind. So does "my budget won't increase the debt." Where are your sources jumping on this? Maddow doesn't care, because she's a leftist MSNBC buttmonkey. I read through the entire bit in the transcript about Clarence Thomas and Common Cause, looking for some reference to this. Not surprisingly, there was none.

I figured it out a couple of posts ago. You have no idea how to perceive leaders who don't want to be, or act like, dictators. You like the idea of a congressional leader simply being able to say "frog" and have everyone jump. Me, I don't want "effective" leadership as much as I want a leadership that has the right principles of government. One that listens to the people and their representatives instead of shoving socialist crap down their throats whether they want it or not. Pelosi could use a good cry. I don't think she's entirely sane.

P.S. those words above with the underline? Those are the links. Don't miss the third one this time.
