Couldn't agree more
I like to think of myself as a pragmatist more than a conservative. By the way I perceive things I often, but not aways find myself on the conservative side.
I sometimes listen to Rush if I happen to be driving when he is on the air. I agree with somethings he says and depending on the issues of the day I might disagree with him completely. Never understood why some find him threatening or mean spirited. I also listen to NPR and they seldom say anything that gets me going one way or another.
As I have said before, I am considered a tax and spend liberal in my local community but I distrust and fear Federal sprawl.
