Texans and southerners with accents are by default perceived as dumb by europeans and city-bred academicians with laser pointers up their tushies.
It must be his smart evil henchmen and daddy that made it all happen huh? Thank goodness he can be trained to parrot their words reasonably.
If Bush is dumb like Reagan was dumb - I'll take that and freedom over "smart" anyday.
