I could reply to your scattergun accusations (where DID you get that list? Did it have ANY documentation attached?), but what's the point? It would take me an afternoon and I don't think its worth it, frankly.
Just picking out the first three on the list as examples:
Attacked and took over two countries.
Sorry, I consider that one a plus. Unless you approve of tyrannies threatening their own people and the rest of the planet.
Spent the surplus and bankrupted the treasury.
Yeah, like Bush is writing all the appropriations bills personally. Check with your Senators and Congressmen lately? Both parties? Everything on your list related to economics assumes that Bush is personally responsible for every law, national crisis, and private sector economic decision since he was elected. He's no more responsible for the root causes of the economic downturn than Clinton was for the dot.com boom.
Shattered record for biggest annual deficit in history.
In constant dollars, adjusted for inflation (the only accurate way to look at it), the deficit was larger under Clinton and a Democratic congress in 1991, 1992, and 1993. And yes, under Reagan in 1983, 1985, and 1986. (See table 1.3 in this document.) Of course, it isn't fair to count WWII, which created deficits twice the size of the current one. And if you use that sneaky statistical trick of "percentage of GDP," the deficits are larger pretty much every year between 1975 and 1995.
