Incandescent light bulbs?

Flourescent tubes

Cast in place Concrete ... Good post... yep, read that too... seen no proof yet.. but I hope it's true.

The principles, science and technology concerning the internal combustion were all well understood............, and with some minor tinkering accepted..... are still in use today. We're useing technology dateing back to the 1800's.

Cd's are a completely different technology to Vinyl

Are the major oil companies suppressing technology that could replace pertoleum as the worlds major fuel.... ? Don't know ands certainly can't prove it..

However... they have no incentive... none whatsoever... to develop or promote alternatives... they have trillions of dollars locked into oil fields and the associateing infrastructure of tankers, refineries, gas stations etc.... plus at least one oil company I know of holds key patents in possible alternatives such as Solar ernergy.... which means they can block any firther development in that field by simply refuseing to allow others to use that technology for any purpose... while stateing they themselves are busy investigateing it.

I could, with no difficulty whatsoever, present a compelling case as to why it is in the public interest NOT to pursue alternatives to to the internmal commbustion engine and fossil fuels.. It would certainly convince my government.. and yours.
