bolloxed up my conversion rate Bowser... Petrol over here is hovering around 4 sterling a gallon... that's around 7 dollars a gallon... not ten.
Your point about the higher tarrifs for trucks etc.. is taken... our's pay a higher road tax too..........but they don't pay anywhere close to the true cost of the damage they do........The Government Road Reasearch Laborotory ran a year long experiment to measure it.
Heavy trucks.. in this country... cause 1,000,000 sterling in damage to the infrastructure........and pay 3,000 sterling in tax.
