Well you are still confusing opinion with news. Opinion is opinion. There are some media providers that feel they should have as many conservative as liberal editorials. Many do not. There are no rules or laws about this. You want a quota system?

As for this, it is completely beyond my abilities, sorry. How would you go about it? What would be your criteria for declaring a rag as left right or center? How many papers would you have to evaluate? How much time would it take to evaluate each one? Heck, how would you compile your list of all publications to evaluate? If you were asking a serious question it was ill conceived.
