And I had just seen on a TV program, all the wheelings and dealings made in the 70's and 80's with Saddam.
The french, the germans, the soviets, the americans....at one point, 22 countries were dealing with Saddam, because he was our ally against Iran.
And private companies also did it, sometimes unbeknownst to their governments.
