Statecraft is STILL statecraft...
The issue (of this branch of the thread) isn't the merits or lack thereof of Bush's arguments, but the technique he and his administration are using to win the debate: Fearmongering.
To me, the use of fear in preference to evidence and logic implies that he doesn't have enough confidence in his case...and that makes me very skeptical.
