And so long as he refused the U.N. Resolutions and continues with his purchases of WMD material, he will remain an international threat -- unless he's really just using all this on his own people. He's tested everything elase on them. How about if he decides to nuke a few of his own towns?
Should we do anything about that -- or just let it ride, like we did before Iran and Kuwait?
