Anyone understand "projection"?
Lessee - A fair election might be one where all eligible voters can vote and have their votes count. Sort of a level field for all. Where the voting in poorer precincts is as fair as in the richer. Seem reasonable?
By those standards, Gore won, in Florida and elsewhere.
Now, just saying it ain't so doesn't mean it isn't so.
So, if I were a conservative, I wouldn't complain about New Jersey as long as Katherine Harris is on that ballot. Unless I wanted to be hypocritical. (But then I did say "conservative", didn't I. I don't know how to get around that one!)
Oh, well. Ya can't lose 'em all.
