The attempt will likely get thrown out by the NJ Supreme Court, but the Democrats would be stoopid in extremis for not at least giving it a try.
When it fails, all hands on deck for a Lautenberg write-in campaign.
(The man has it all - name recognitions, and Torch hates him)
