Norway's economic base is subsidized by OIL - just like Saudi Arabia. They are the 3rd largest exporter of oil in the world behind Saudi Arabia and Russia. They are a constitutional monarchy which can afford a social welfare state due to the low population level and high natural resources. Once the oil runs out - it's all over. It's a bad example of "democratic socialism."

Germany has a very social state and is a glimpse into the future of Norway. Norway refused EU membership because they know it would drain their resources and they don't feel like sharing.

Every day SOCIALIST Schroeder is cutting the benefits - his latest plot is to take away portions of the worker's pensions - money they have put towards this fund for their entire lives!

Socialism and DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISM is a total failure. It simply takes a certain amount of time for it to fail after it's inherent financial deficits can't be accomodated. They prove that the anti-war protest is not about freedom of speech - but CONTROL of POLICY and anti-war protesters or unknowingly as full of it as a constipated bull. However in their youthful hysteria, chants and abyssmal ignorance they BELIEVE they are right. That makes them some of the most dangerous people in America and the quickest to take your life or cause death unthinkingly.

The socialist puppetmasters pull the strings and Tom is absolutely right - it is these ignorant kids who will end up dying for them.
