If you want to become a Hindu, you should just convert.
Then you would get the benefit of the rituals as well as the theology which you already partially espouse, and you might benefit from the deeper poetics of the Upanishads.
In the meantime, quit blaming victims for bringing criminal acts and other cruelties upon themselves. It's repulsive and it's incorrect.
