It is pointless to discuss the costs of Mars cyclers at this time
Simply because as Dr Gavin has pointed out, it is not yet known what constraints there will be on manned Mars surface activities.
But in general , as to overall costs for repeated fights, cyclers are well known to be much more cost efficient than any other system, as Dr Aldrin has repeatedly pointed out, and a fact which was also confirmed indepently by Soviet engineering studies.
