No, that's not the whole issue. It's also about MURDERERS and stopping them. Raoul I agree the humiliation should end but that will only happen with the creation of a Palestinian state. What that state will look like will be a direct reflection on how they deal with the MURDERERS in their midst. Unfortunately what really needs to happen is a Palestinian civil war. And only if the moderates win will "Palestine" look anything like the palestinians want it to. Otherwise, its borders will be drawn by Israel.
