You can't compromise security for demand
Demand for the product would go up if the Palestine's decided not to sell to Israel or if the Palestine's decided not to sell to Israel, the price of the product would go up do to import cost and the demand of following a few simple security rules and the Palestine's would be shooting themselves in the foot. The world is full of oranges, albeit more costly on an import basis from another country.
Construction cost at LL has risen do to security concerns of entry, but that's the price you pay for security and LL will have to concede to the higher cost.
