On the contrary... Oh, you meant that other Fox, El Presidente de Mexico. And why should he? He's got his own country to run; no one's pressuring him to send troops or money to Western or South-Central Asia, or calling him a weasel for not... and gringo industries are flocking to his side of the border, regardless of who's President here.
Kidding aside: I think you and Marcia are both right, each in your own way... and keep in mind, undocumented workers from one country or another - or continent (they don't all speak Spanish) - are a phenomenon in every state of the Union. Texas, California and New York may be more than the tip, but they're not the whole iceberg.
