GWB will be damned if he does or damned if he doesn't. Someone had to do something about the undocumentation for one. Even if they get minimum wage, they'll have to pay taxes and even if they fall in love with Bush now, they won't be able to vote unless they have a clean record and apply for citizenship.
I think that the Social Security benefits should go to those that apply and become U.S. citizens.
It's the humane thing to do here and the results may show up in Mexico's future elections, economy and education system.
