Sorry- do you have a link to this? I don't see it anywhere. Maybe (like the typical conservative line) you are stretching and extrapolating so you can get paint our 'foe' with an ugly hue. You show me where R.L. makes fun of a 'surgical disability' of Ed's, and I'll stand corrected.

Me, Frankly, I see where RL is coming from. Those dissenting to this war have been called cowards, saddam lovers and traitors (and thats just on this BBS!), we have been likened to weasles and had our patriotism called into question.

To then have the leader that made such a stink over WMD that never existed, who rode us into a war that coused thousands of deaths, who divided this nation.... To have him sit up there and chuckle 'woops, no WMD!' is not funny. Its infuriating.

Look at it this way: If I were to call you a coward, a fink, a traitor, a weasel, because you disagreed with me. And Then I am publically shown to be wrong. And Then I sat there and cracked jokes about it (not appologetic jokes, but jokes that sounded like gloating), Wouldn't you want to belt me one?

I would.
