It should have zero members.

NATO had a purpose once, now it doesn't. The organization has morphed from a defense organization assigned to defend Western Europe from a Soviet attack, into a political entity whose so purpose for existing is to give bureaucrats a nice cushy job.

NATO should've been dissolved within a few years of the Warsaw Pact's demise.
