The questions you ignored:
So are you denying that Afghanistan is a mess outside of a small area around Kabul?

What was the total (we will use THAT figure since you trotted out the nacent 4.4 bln) international aid contribution to Afghanistan pre-9/11? Not US aid- but total.

And while your at it, are you actually proud of that 1.5 bln figure from the US?

"Looks like the US attacking the Taliban was a Goddamn monetary windfall for Afghanistan. What the heck are you complaining about? Afghanistan being rebuilt on "Bush's watch"?

Why don't you actually look into thisinstead of trying to win an argument with me? I mean seriously, Afghanistan is NOT a model state right now. There is a reason afghanistan is the worlds largest suplier of raw opium currently (and its even up fro the pre-invasion Taliban days!)). And its not that they are all well off enough and stable enough to take up poppy growing as a hobby.
