The US has lost it's position as a nation which values truth, justice, human rights, and morality.

If that were true, I doubt Sadr would've appealed to the American people to stand with him, much like the Viet Minh did decades before.

Foreigners seem to make the distinction between the American people, whom they like, and the American government, which they despise.
