The AHD defines murder as -- "the unlawful killing of one human being by another, especially with premeditated malice."

Can you cite the Iraqi law(s) Saddam violated when he killed people?

As for working with occupiers, if you were a religious fundamentalist and the occupiers were trying to stick you with a society that separated church and state, would you still be gung ho to help them? Think Pat Robertson et al wouldn't be out rabble-rousing?
