Do you really want to be making this point?

The point that U.S. laws pertaining to murder don't necessarily apply to the people in other countries? Yep.

Are you suggesting that Saddam was a nice guy who baked his mother cookies everyday, or are you just being an ass for the sake of it?

It's one or the other? If he didn't bake his mama cookies, he's a mass murderer? LOL. If you believe Saddam is a mass murderer, you should be able to explain how his actions satisfy the definition. Or will you just take others' word for it?
