Tom is more reasonable than most righty tighties here.

I just caught up on the weekends posts and I'm horrified at what these guys think is an "event".
The only explanation - election's coming up and they are getting a bit worried (funny how no-one mentioned 9% lead today........)
Trouble is, the lefties are just as uptight, just as loony or notably absent.
No-one really thinks their side is going to win.

Well known moderates such as FrankC and myself are of course exempt from these scurrilous accusations and generalizations.
