Personally, I have no interest ni seeing the US or any country have absolute power. I am not aware of many serious people who are desiring absolute power.
I believe the culture the US has brought to the workd is one that has been based on tolerance.
We are fighting people now, as during the cold War and WWII, who do not permit tolerance.
