Justice should never be about revenge.

Part of justice is to protect those of us who follow the law from become victims of those who choose not to follow the law.

For example, I favor the death penalty not for revenge or reform, but to keep murders from killing again.

I take no pleasure in someone being executed. I find it a sad situation, but I take comfort in knowing that there is one less murder and they will never kill again.
